Inspection Upon Installation
Customers are encouraged to inspect their solar system upon project completion and notify Meghji Solar immediately if any visible damage, defects, or installation concerns are identified.
Damage During Transportation
If equipment supplied by Meghji Solar is damaged during transportation prior to installation, the affected components will be repaired or replaced after proper assessment and verification.
Customer-Caused Damage
Damage resulting from improper handling, negligence, accidental impact, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, or misuse of the solar system is not covered under standard warranty policies.
Environmental and Natural Events
Meghji Solar is not responsible for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, and other force majeure events.
Third-Party Damage
Any damage caused by third-party contractors, utility providers, construction activities, neighboring properties, or unauthorized personnel is not covered by Meghji Solar.
Reporting Damage
Customers should report any damage as soon as it is discovered and provide relevant photographs, installation details, and a description of the incident to assist in the assessment process.
Repair and Replacement Services
Where damage is not covered under warranty, Meghji Solar may provide inspection, repair, replacement, or maintenance services at applicable service charges.
Limitation of Liability
Meghji Solar shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of energy production, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from damaged solar equipment.
